About ByAll

ByAll is an AI recruitment agency. Its mission is recruitment by all: anyone can be a recruiter, and every hire stays as personal as a conversation with a person rather than an interview with a machine.

What ByAll does

One AI agent serves every side of hiring. Candidates are matched to roles in minutes. Recruiters refer talent and earn rewards. Employers post roles and hire faster. Matching rests on real-task skill assessments and personality assessments, so a candidate is assessed once and matched contextually to each role, through voice, tap and live-avatar conversations.

Who we are

ByAll is built and operated by Werkze Management, a company based in the Netherlands, and led by its founders Etienne Schenker and Sankar Manickam.
